Brighton Bedrock
Step through the door to our beautiful boutique self-catering holiday home set in the heart of Brighton. Perfect for a midweek business or personal visit. All rooms available to be booked individually too!
On the ground floor are two bedrooms. There is the “Hollywood Room” with designer wallpaper and a stylish “dressing room style” lit vanity unit! The room can be arranged with twin beds or a king size bed as there are zip and link quality orthopaedic beds.
The second bedroom on this floor is the “Paris Room”. Again this can be a double or a twin room. Paris wallpaper, a non-working period fireplace and gold and cream accessories make this a very pretty room.
Marine View
This gorgeous ground and first-floor apartment boast a spectacularly wide open and uninterrupted view of the Brighton Seafront.
The interior has been carefully crafted to make the most of the open spaces creating an uncluttered, clean, and calm environment, making Marine View the perfect accommodation for a rejuvenating break.
The photographs do not exaggerate, every detail has been considered with your comfort and pleasure in mind.
The spacious lounge room has huge floor to ceiling windows that don’t just frame an awesome view of the sea, but also fill this large elegantly dressed room with light.
Although minimalist by design, it’s not without touches of decadence including a stunning Turkish chandelier, a vast leather sofa, a glass dining table and Barcelona chairs set to overlook that view whilst you eat.
A Home from Home
Stunning high gloss red kitchen! With American fridge/freezer at the back of the property. Wooden flooring, L shaped black sofa and a high gloss dining table that can seat eight make this a sociable and glamorous place to relax, cook and chat with friends. The owner has taken a great deal of care to create a beautiful room for you to relax in with carefully co-ordinated furnishings and accessories. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with Freeview channels. Two cubes which become beds can easily be moved to any of the bedrooms or kept in the lounge as additional beds. The kitchen is fully equiped for all your needs.
A Home from Home
There are two double bedrooms, both with beautiful king size beds, a separate dressing room and en suite bathroom. The main bathroom features a centrally positioned cast iron bath tub (complete with golden swan taps) for a deep and luxurious holiday soak, maybe even for two! The kitchen gives a modern twist to this grade two listed apartment and you’ll find everything you need to cook and prepare your meals.
There are also a few surprises throughout, including hidden sensor controlled lighting, an LCD fire place (settings include lava lamp, mountain scenery and fish tank), a telescope for star gazing, and a bottle of something bubbly on us. You’re welcome!
On street parking meters are located nearby to the east of the apartment.

Within a 2 minute walk there is a small Post Office and chemist, an organic market (stalls with organic fruit and veg) and organic butchers. Ladrookes and 5 pubs are all within 5 minutes walk (Hanover is known for having some of the best pubs in Brighton and a lot of them in such a small area). Fannies and Cherrys deli is a 5 minute walk (in opposite directions). Southover independent off-licence, fish and chip shop and pizza take away are all just around the corner with the North Laines (heart of Brighton) 10 minute walk downhill!
