More than just a place to stay this is a fabulous funky property with great attention to detail. Well equipped with a wall mounted LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, microwave etc…everything you would expect in a home and more!
The house has four themed bedrooms and a fantastic lounge/kitchen/diner. The four bedrooms can accommodate eight with two extra on cube beds which can be moved easily to any room in the house. A great choice for a group of friends for a weekend break and offering great value. Located in the Hanover area of Brighton with lots of local shops, pubs and Queens Park.

Step through the door to our beautiful boutique self catering holiday home set in the heart of Brighton.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms. There is the “Hollywood Room” with designer wallpaper and a stylish “dressing room style” lit vanity unit! The room can be arranged with twin beds or a king size bed as there are zip and link quality orthopaedic beds.
The second bedroom on this floor is the “Paris Room”. Again this can be a double or a twin room. Paris wallpaper, a non working period fireplace and gold and cream accessories make this a very pretty room.

THE KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINER
Stunning high gloss red kitchen! With American fridge/freezer and LED lights this a truly stunning room at the back of the property. Wooden flooring, L shaped black sofa and a high gloss dining table that can seat eight make this a sociable and glamorous place to relax, cook and chat with friends. The owner has taken a great deal of care to create a beautiful room for you to relax in with carefully co-ordinated furnishings and accessories. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with Freeview channels. Two cubes which become beds can easily be moved to any of the bedrooms or kept in the lounge as additional beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self cater and there is a dishwasher. A washing machine is located in a cupboard next to the downstairs cloakroom.
There is also a separate really small conservatory type area where smokers can smoke with the windows open making it separate from the lounge area. There is no smoking allowed anywhere else in the property.

There is a bathroom on this floor beautifully finished with neutral mosaic tiles with a bath with a shower over it.
Crisp, white bed linen and white towels are included. If you are staying for a longer period and would like the property cleaned regularly during your stay we can also arrange this for you at additional cost.

Local Amenities
Located in the cosmopolitan Hanover area of Brighton with lots of local shops and pubs and Queens Park just at the top of the road. Hanover is home to Brighton’s artist & bohemian community. Each house is slightly different in colour and vibe. Tiny cafes hosting poetry nights or local artist exhibitions are dotted all over the grid as well as some of Brightons most loved pubs and bars. Within 2 minute walk there is a small Post Office and chemist, an organic market (stalls with organic fruit and veg) and organic butchers. Ladrookes and 5 pubs are all within 5 minutes walk (Hanover is known for having some of the best pubs in Brighton and a lot of them in such a small area). Fannies and Cherrys deli is a 5 minute walk (in opposite directions). Southover independant off licence, fish and chip shop and pizza take away are all just around the corner with the North Laines (heart of Brighton) 10 minute walk downhill!
