Although minimalist by design, it’s not without touches of decadence including a stunning Turkish chandelier, a vast leather sofa, a glass dining table and Barcelona chairs set to overlook that view whilst you eat.

There are two double bedrooms both with King Size beds, a separate dressing room en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom features a centrally positioned cast iron bathtub (complete with golden swan taps) for a deep and luxurious holiday soak, maybe even for two! The kitchen gives a modern twist to this grade two listed apartment and you’ll find everything you need to cook and prepare your meals.
There are also a few surprises throughout, including hidden sensor controlled lighting, an LCD fireplace (settings include lava lamp, mountain scenery, and fish tank), a telescope for stargazing, and a bottle of something bubbly on us. You’re welcome!
On-street parking meters are located nearby to the east of the apartment.

Situated right on the seafront and backed by the quaint village of Kemptown, an area of Brighton, east of the centre with a unique character and a great selection of restaurants. Kemptown is historically known as an actors’ and artists’ quarter, with a network of streets containing independent shops, hotels, cafés and pubs, you will find plenty to keep you entertained. The beach is a stone’s throw away and the town is a small pleasant stroll along the seafront. Marine view apartment has plenty of style and character with a great location on top!
Parking is available via car parks and street parking, the street parking is always cheaper and both can be seen Parking BN2 1AT.
There are many highly rated restaurants in Kemptown to suit all tastes and desired cuisines, however, if you do wish to make use of the apartment’s kitchen there are several supermarkets within a short walk from the apartment.
